First off, The staff is exceptional! This Young Girl, I had to get her name (Piper) she was So Helpful, Kind and So Friendly she explain all the bars, I was interested in and even ones that helped me decide on others that I wanted to buy for people as a gift. She is What True Customer Service is all about! I truly hope she gets the raise or Pay she deserves. Second -The Chocolate is simply Amazing- real TRUE Chocolate!! I'll come to Finley Market just to get the chocolate and get a taste of Real Great Customer Service!

We made a special trip to Findlay Market specifically to visit Maverick Chocolate, especially since today is International Chocolate Day. I came in with my son and my twin grandchildren. I live out of state, but I usually make a point to stop at this shop whenever I’m in Cincinnati. The chocolate is top notch. Unfortunately, this visit was incredibly disappointing. There were two staff members working and no other customers in the shop. Neither one looked up when we walked in, let alone greeted us or acknowledged us in any way. We spent some time looking over the different chocolate bars, and still, no one said a word. I finally approached the woman behind the counter and said we would like to buy some chocolate. There was still no greeting, no conversation, and no helpful information about the different types of chocolate. We asked to try the chocolate peanut butter bar, since the bars are displayed with cups of chocolate chips for sampling. She begrudgingly gave us one single chip to split between four people. It honestly felt absurd. I was so put off by her rudeness and attitude that I bought just one bar and left. Had my grandchildren not been so excited about getting chocol

Staff was very friendly and provided information on their chocolate process. They provided free samples to assist in the selection process.

The hot chocolate is rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced — not overly sweet, just pure chocolate flavor in every sip.
